How I Can Help

I offer individual therapy and specialized treatment in a warm, evidence-based practice — in person and via telehealth.

Service 01

Individual Therapy

Life can feel overwhelming — and sometimes it's hard to know where to start. Individual therapy offers a dedicated space to slow down, untangle what's weighing on you, and start building real tools for lasting change.

I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, borderline personality disorder (BPD), grief and loss, and a range of mood disorders. I also affirm and warmly welcome LGBTQ+ clients and clients on the autism spectrum.

Who this is for

  • Adults and adolescents dealing with anxiety or depression
  • Individuals working through grief, loss, or major life transitions
  • People managing BPD, OCD, or mood disorders
  • LGBTQ+ individuals seeking an affirming therapeutic space
  • Veterans navigating mental health challenges
  • Individuals on the autism spectrum

Service 02

Eating Disorder Treatment

Eating disorders are serious, complex conditions — and they are treatable. I bring both clinical training and firsthand professional experience with eating disorders at multiple levels of care to this work.

I have experience treating anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), and a wide range of other disordered eating behaviors. Prior to my graduate training, I worked as a psychiatric technician in inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization settings — experience that gives me a grounded, realistic understanding of the daily challenges these disorders create.

Who this is for

  • Individuals struggling with anorexia nervosa or bulimia nervosa
  • Those managing ARFID or other disordered eating patterns
  • Clients stepping down from higher levels of care
  • People whose relationship with food and their body affects daily life
  • Those seeking support alongside dietitian or medical care

Eating disorder recovery is a team effort. I'm happy to collaborate with your Registered Dietitian, or connect you with trusted R.D.s in my network if you're looking for one. For clients requiring a higher level of care (inpatient or PHP), I can also assist with referrals to appropriate treatment programs.

Service 03

Trauma-Informed Therapy

Trauma changes the way we see ourselves, others, and the world. It doesn't have to stay that way. With the right support, healing is possible — and it often looks different than you'd expect.

I offer trauma-focused treatment using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), layered within a broader trauma-informed framework. DBT skills are also incorporated for clients who need support with emotional regulation alongside trauma processing.

Who this is for

  • Individuals who have experienced trauma or complex trauma
  • People diagnosed with or experiencing symptoms of PTSD
  • Veterans dealing with combat or service-related trauma
  • Survivors of abuse, neglect, or adverse childhood experiences
  • Clients whose trauma history intersects with eating disorders or other mental health conditions

Fees & Insurance

Investment in Your Care

Session fees are available upon request. Please reach out via the contact form or phone for current rates.

I am currently in the process of confirming insurance panel participation. Please contact me directly to discuss insurance coverage and billing options.

If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill (detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before your first session.

A note on cost

I understand that cost can be a barrier. If fees are a concern, please don't hesitate to bring it up — I'm happy to discuss options. Your care matters more than the paperwork.
